Holy Basil is one of the most sacred plants in India.

It is known as Tulsi or Tulasi in the Hindi language. In Myanmar, it is known as Pan Sein.

In the Hindu Mythology, it is believed that Holy Basil plant provides positive life energy and if you walk in a garden with full of holy basil plants, you will get more of this positive energy.

In fact you may feel more energized after taking a walk in a garden like this.

I am sure more research is need to establish this fact but the positive side of this walk is that you are getting good garden air in any case which is good for your health.

I always had a holy basil plant in my home as my whole family used it for various health benefits and I will share more about that later.
